Ken Turner passed away in Cold Lake, Alberta on January 4, 2018 at the age of 55 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters Rebecca and Dhawn Allaby; one sister Lynne (Ted) Piraux of Calgary; numerous nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends. He is predeceased by his siblings, Don, Ron and Allan Turner, Darlene Roth, his parents, Fred and Jemima Turner.

Ken was born in Brooks on June 1, 1962. He ranched all over Alberta for most of his life and was also a boomhand pipeliner. As Ken loved rodeo and the western way of life, he competed in his younger days as a saddle bronc-rider and wild horse racer. For 18 months Ken dealt with cancer and had a successful surgery but passed away from unrelated complications. He will be missed dearly.
